A Skoda Roomster. 19 countries. True freedom.
We never planned to become camper people. We just wanted to try it. So we took what we already had: a tiny Skoda Roomster that was never built for sleeping in. Ripped out the back seats, built a simple platform and gave it a shot. No big investment. No fancy gear. Just a question: could this be our kind of life? Turns out it wasn't just our kind of life. It became our life.

Where Roomy took us

The moments that stayed with us

The sunrise on the edge of Portugal and Spain
We parked Roomy right by the ocean and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. In the morning we opened the trunk and there it was: the wide open Atlantic, stretching endlessly in front of us. The salt air and this deep feeling of peace and freedom that no hotel in the world could ever give you.

Over the winter months on the Canary Islands
Roomy became our home on three volcanic islands where the desert meets the sea. We worked from cafes in Tenerife, explored the dunes of Gran Canaria and found silence on the hidden paths of La Gomera. We swam in the ocean as much as we could and watched the sunrises over Mount Teide. Three islands, small enough to drive across in an hour but big enough to change our lives.

Roomy, our first home on wheels
Roomy is 4 meters long. He has no shower, no bathroom and no standing room. But he has everything that mattered. Roomy carried us across 19 countries, through four seasons and a lifetime of memories. He proved that adventure is not about the perfect van, it's about the memories you make on the road.
You don't need the perfect van to see the world. You don't need much more money, more time or more courage. You need a decision. And you need to make it now.
